Benjamin (“Ben”) Jimenez started practicing law in 2018 under the student practice act while attending the University of Denver – Sturm College of Law. After graduating law school in the winter of 2018, Ben moved back to Pueblo and started working with the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office. In 2021, he transitioned to civil practice and started working for Colorado Legal Services, a state-wide non-profit law firm. While at CLS, Ben represented the most vulnerable people from our community in civil cases including divorce, child custody, guardianship, evictions and protection orders. In 2025, Ben decided to open his own private practice with his best friend Erica Medina.
